Jenn SantanaJenn holds 2 Bachelors Degrees from San Diego State University.
She has been working in the fitness industry in Los Angeles and the South Bay for 18 years.
Jenn specializes in Private training, Pilates & Yoga. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine(NASM), The Physical Mind, Balanced Body, Peak Pilates, Exhale(Sacred movement) & Yogaworks.
Also specializing in TRX®, CrossCore® , Pre/Post Natal, BOSU, UGIball®, Weightloss, and NASM functional training.
Jenn's ultimate goal is to provide dynamic strength, flexibility, and balance through the"Mind/Body" connection.
Philosophy~By integrating a unique program of Pilates, Yoga, Cardio and NASM strength training, Jenn is able to safely and effectively take clients to their ultimate fitness goals. Jenn trains clients in the basic functions of strength training as well as sports specific goals such as triathlons, hockey, football, basketball, marathons, stuntwork for films and speedwork.
If you are looking to lose weight, Jenn would be the trainer to seek out~ Her fitness backround also includes many years of education as a director in the nutrition/supplement end of the fitness industry while working for The SportsClub/LA and Spectrum Clubs.

Jenn's clientele range from beginners to advanced clients, from professional athletes to some of the most famous celebrities in the world.
When she is not training in Los Angeles, Jennifer trains clients in Jamaica, Rome, Brazil, Bonair, Telluride, St. Lucia and the Island of Curacoa.
Jennifer is an active competitor in 5k and 10k races, Half Marathons and Marathons.Follow @hermosapilates
Debbie has worked in the health and fitness industry since moving to CA in 1989. Over the years she has studied various bodywork and movement modalities to offer more service to her clients. Her wellness program incorporates pilates, sports training and massage techniques to improve individuals fitness and body awareness.
She studied at UCLA, Advances in Pilates Technique at Long Beach Dance Conditioning and Movement Academy (LBDC), Sports Training at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), and Massage Therapy at The Massage School of Santa Monica.
She draws knowledge from her work experience with chiropractors, acupuncturists, physical therapists, sports trainers and master pilates teachers. Clients have included post rehab, beginner level to advance fitness, professional athletes, and TV/movie celebrities. From basic function of movement and training, sports specific goals and stunt work in films she works safely within the client's ability.

Athena’s teaching journey began in 2002 in Los Angeles, Ca. Among the many classes and privates she has taught in yoga/pilates studios, beaches and community centers, she has been exposed to students of all levels and ages reminding her that yoga/pilates is truly for every-body. Having also lived in Hawaii and Costa Rica, she shares her love of Yoga/Pilates with all corners of the planet and is very excited to share it with you as her client.
Her passion in both teaching and traveling has brought her to also host workshops, as well as retreats in locations to include Big Bear, Ojai, Santa Barbara, Malibu, Costa Rica, Spain, Italy, and France.
Kelsi SmithKelsi is certified through the Orange Coast College's Pilates and dance instructor program and has been teaching since 2008. She holds a bachelors degree in Kinesiology through the California State University of Long Beach.
Inspired by her love of movement Kelsi brings a variety of training techniques to her workout program. Functional fitness is the main goal for her clients. Humans need to be able to move in day to day life and recover from the bumps and bruises along the way.
Kelsi has many years of training in the private, group and corporate sector and her clients range from beginner to advanced, from athletes to the elderly.
Kelsi enjoys pushing her clients to their maximum potential and loves to keep the workouts new and exciting.
Melanie TurnbowBorn in Salt Lake City, Utah, Melanie Turnbow was introduced to Pilates by Dr. Craig Beuhler, the Sports Medicine Specialist for the Utah Jazz.
After a 4 year traditional apprentiship under the direction of Chantelle Colliers, she came to Los Angeles to attend The Performing Arts of Physical Therapy.
As a member of the Pilates Method Alliance ( PMA ) she was able to continue her education under the top professionals in the industry including Alan Herdman , Debroah Kolwey, Amy and Rachael Taylor, Irene Dowd and Marie Jose Blom.
Her specialty areas include Pre and Post Natal Pregnancy , Pain Relief and Management and Movement for Children and Teens. After 12 years of teaching, she has added the fundamentals of other disciplines such as Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais , Ballacore and Gyrokenisis to her practice.
Denielle VoellerDanielle holds a bachelors degree in Psychology and a Minor in Education from the University of California, Irvine.
As a 10 year practitioner of Pilates, Denielle transition into teaching came as she realized that not only was Pilates a fun workout, but also saw incredible changes to her body that resulted in a much longer and leaner body.
Born and raised in Manhattan Beach, Ca, Denielle is a certified Pilates instructor through Balanced Body University located in Sacramento, California. Denielle also completed the anatomy series of BBU in 2010.
While obtaining her degree, Denielle also received extensive training by working with physical therapists and athletic trainers as a student athletic trainer. She also taught gymnastics for 6 years prior to her practice as a Pilates instructor.
Aside from her passion of teaching, Denielle loves just about anything the outdoors has to offer ~ surfing, the beach, bike rides, snowboarding, fishing, and wake boarding.
Some of her personal adventures also include studying abroad in Sienna, Italy.
Ellye O'brienEllye brings a lighthearted enthusiasm, as well as an athletic dance background to Hermosa Pilates.
Her lifetime of informed movement led her to the Dance Department at Loyola Marymount University where she studied Health & Human Science and Dance. It was there that she was introduced to the balancing, healing, and strengthening effects of pilates, and wanted to share her experience through teaching.
Elly has since received her Pilates certification through The Stott method in San Diego. She has also received a 200 hour SmartFlow yoga certification. Ellye is passionate about long-term, yet enjoyable approaches to well-being in the fitness industry.
